For starters, the staff was extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable! When I found the most beautiful wood grain coffee table I’ve ever seen, I bought it and absolutely love love love it! Thank you for your help and for having such a wonderful choice of furniture products!

Felt comfortable looking around. Lovely furniture, was displayed nicely. our new dresser is fantastic. Amanda was great. I would definitely go see her again when I have a need to purchase furniture. This store is a good addition to Chico.

My wife and I went in to shop for a new bed after over 10 years on our current bed. We were helped by Amanda who brought us through the selection process. She started at the less expensive mattresses and had us try multiple ones with different features. At no time did she push for a higher priced bed. Her concern, at all times, was to fit the bed to us. We went through the whole range of beds and finally picked one in the middle. We didn't opt for the fancy, all frills, Bluetooth bed but still a pricey one. We asked about the different features and Amanda and her co- worker answered all our questions. Overall a very calm, no rush experience.

They went beyond the call of duty to get a part for my lift chair it meant a lot to me and my wife. We were treated with care and compassion, and we are going there in the fall to purchase some new furniture and I would strongly advise those are in search of an outstanding store and most of all a staff that treats you with professionalism and most of all compassion to make it your first stop for a pleasant staff and a pleasant shopping experience ❤️

I love this store! Friendly employees who are helpful without being pushy. I first went in with friends to check it out, and we were treated like royalty--our friend was looking for something and the rest of us were invited to sit and have a glass of wine, a beer, water, etc. The prices are reasonable, great quality and selection, and overall far superior to the other stores we'd visited. My friend bought from them and this week, I went back and purchased a rocker/recliner. Highly recommend.

I have gone in twice now and both experiences were excellent. Communication is great. The representatives are not pushy and really feel like they are there to help. They respond to texts quickly and kindly. I purchased a dining table and plan to go back for a mattress and bed frame soon.

Evan's Heritage Home creates a warm environment that accommodates my needs to make a decision on furniture. I bought the perfect new couch within 45 minutes. They sold me the couch I needed by NOT trying to sell me a couch. All they did was provide a peaceful atmosphere full of quality furniture and made sure that I knew they were available to answer any questions.

This store is incredibly intentional with their design & helping the customer see themselves & their potential in a living space. Quality & value are a given here & service is the icing. They are committed to researching their customer to find the pieces that will help you be happy in your home. Also, their pop-up parties are the best.
